In April 2010, Young Company presents To Kill A Mockingbird. This moving tale of life in rural Alabama during the Depression is filled with heartache and joy, conflict and conciliation. In To Kill a Mockingbird, Scout, a nine-year-old tomboy, grows up quickly as her father, Atticus Finch, defends a legal battle that reveals fires of prejudice burning through the South where black and white, rich and poor, young and old struggle to find common ground and survive.
Lyndesfarne's Young Company brings theatre performed by young people to young people across Southern Ontario. Each production hopes to inspire a new generation of audience and emerging artists alike.
Directed by Kelly Daniels and presented by YOUNG COMPANY. Assistant Director Kasey Dunn
